Fish School (sustainable seafood and local produce)
Some say there is no better way to spoil a Hong Konger than with seafood. At Fish School, you can do it the sustainable way with this 8-course menu at HKD $650 per person. The restaurant focuses their energy on sourcing fresh, sustainable wild and farmed seafood, as much as possible locally. They also work with local farmers for their produce.
All guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine before diving into the catch of the day. The menu sounds delectable: begin with the local pike eel quenelle soup, followed by the marinated raw crab and sea urchin rice, monkfish liver foie gras pressé with aged tangerine peel and roselle, grilled cuttlefish with nasturtium and kale. This is followed by the heirloom vegetables and herbs garden “gargouillou” and Australian wagyu bavette served with lemon marigold sorbet and poached plumand roselle. The menu is topped off with sesame mousse and ginger granite paired with homemade tofu, for a light, Asian-influenced dessert.
Fish School is located in hip and happening Sai Ying Pun, perfect for post-dinner drinks in one of the neighbourhood's many trendy venues, or a romantic stroll down to the waterfront nearby.

This Soho spot is well known for its delectable fare that is homemade from scratch, with fresh ingredients sourced responsibly – much of it from organic farms right here in Hong Kong.
For your Valentines meal you can choose from a wide selection of a la carte options; some perennial favourites include the  Caprese salad with homemade mozzarella and fresh garden tomatoes ($168); the Eggplant Parmigiana ($198); and the poplar homemade Burrata, prefect for cheese lovers ($208).
