Celebrating 5 years of ethical fashion design

Founded by the British Fashion Council, Estethica is the hub of London’s ethical fashion industry, showcasing up-and-coming designers committed to working eco sustainably. Just recently, the collective celebrated its fifth birthday.
Having grown and thrived since its first season of 13 designers, the Autumn/Fall 2011’s Estethica collective features a showcase of over 20 designers. These include accessories from Antonello and Jacob James, jewellery from Joanna Cave and Little Glass Clementine and Read-to-wear selections from Emesha, Goodone and Ciel.
All Estethica designers follow at least one of the three Estethica principles of fairtrade and ethical practices, organic and recycled materials, and are selected for both their ethical credentials and their design abilities. Designs from Estethica can be found at’s eco-friendly initiative.
