Babylon! offers sustainable and tasty delights in Hong Kong

We have great news for nutrient-deficient Centralites and health conscious foodies in Hong Kong: Babylon is here!
It’s a new eco-friendly enterprise that has recently opened their first sustainable eatery called MANA! on Wellington Street in Central. Looking to offer an appealing alternative to fast food chains, the menu at MANA! includes convenient option for healthy food - just as fast as your local junk food outlet. From vegan ice cream to tofu burgers and gluten-free bread to organic wine, every craving and nutritional need is covered, in the most sustainable of ways. The décor is comprised of reclaimed lumber and lovingly crafted mosaic and tilework, and offers a cozy place to while away an afternoon for those in less of a hurry.
Bringing forth an inspirational ambience that irresistibly turns people on to a conscious lifestyle, Babylon! hopes to usher in a fresh breed of business aligning to spiritual values beyond the dollar sign, generating a quiet revolution in consumer awareness. Babylon! intends to make the choice for sustainable living and conscious consumption not only within reach, but downright easy, starting by serving food that doesn’t cost the Earth. We look forward to more projects from Babylon! supporting this mission.
