Enjoy Seaside Delights This Spring

Namo Avant Thai’s new spring menu, available from now until the end of April, is a refreshing start to welcome spring.  Master Chef Amoo’s new menu is all about zesty flavours, fresh ingredients and light delicacies. 
Our favorite is the Tuna Tower starter.  This tuna tartare is beautifully presented and features well-seasoned tuna with chopped ripe avocado that is blended with a spicy Kaffir lime dressing.  Seafood lovers will enjoy the name of the next dish as much as the dish itself-Walking on Sunshine.  Grilled juicy Hokkaido scallops are mixed with Australian mussels with a healthy mix of crunchy baby carrots and asparagus on a creamy galangal foam.  The main dish-Banana-mundi is a delight for the senses.  Grilled in banana leaves, the silky soft barramundi is well-seasoned and has an added spicy kick with the nahm jim sauce, adding a touch of coriander taste to the fish.  Last but not least on the menu is the Siam Pearls.  A combination of a simple, sweet and juicy mangosteen topped with blackberries and raspberries with a creamy panna cotta that adds a sweet touch to the meal without any heaviness.
