The Niin jewellery line is all about the environment. Owner and designer Jeanine Hsu seeks to infuse each unique and natural handmade piece with the beauty of the natural world, and her policies include minimizing waste by recycling and reusing whenever possible, and finding family-run businesses to source and produce her collections.

Artisans from Hong Kong, Bali and the Philippines use materials such as wood, horn, crystals, and shells to create one of a kind pieces of jewellery. Workers’ wages and working conditions are also checked to ensure fair pay and safe work environments. Jeanine has also incorporated unique pieces of furniture made from reclaimed wood and other recycled materials into her flagship showroom on Wyndham Street in Hong Kong. Niin celebrated Earth Day last year by donating a portion of proceeds to WWF and Project C Change, and continues to forge collaborative partnerships supporting environmental groups and campaigns close to Hsu’s heart.
