Konica Minolta invites you to generate electricity for their concert

What if there was a concert that was powered solely from self-generated electricity? Sounds too ‘out there’ to be true? Well, it’s happening!

This November, Konica Minolta is organizing a “Green Concert” where YOU can help to generate the electricity needed to run the event. The concert doubles as a way to promote a greener lifestyle, and also to fundraise for the Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled and Heep Hong Society. Various musical acts will be performing, including local sensation Sugar Club (糖兄妹).

There are two parts of the Konica Minolta Green Concert:

1. The Power Generating Challenge
From November 10-18, you can go to MegaBox and use stationary bikes and rowing machines to generate enough electricity to offset the power usage of the Konica Minolta Green Concert.

2. Konica Minolta Green Concert
The concert itself will be held on 24 November 2012 at the KITEC Kowloon Bay

The enrollment deadline for participation is 20 October 2012 (Sat), so act fast!
