Sweetpea Patisserie has opened up a pop-up store on the fifth floor at Hysan Place in Hong Kong from now until mid-March. Owner and pastry chef Angel lovingly makes all the pastries herself, every day bright and early. From her signature chiffon cupcakes to the popular banana bread, all ingredients are sourced organically as much as possible. Unlike cupcakes currently on the market, the cupcakes at Sweetpea Patisserie are light and airy and you can find silky Bavarian cream in the centre! Complimentary tea, with rotating flavours, is served every day.
