Chef Patrick Goubier’s new intimate 28-seat restaurant is the place to be for diners looking for a traditional, homecooked French meal.  Using classic French culinary techniques with a touch of Vietnamese influences, Chef Patrick’s long-time fans will love this cozy and warmly decorated restaurant that exudes the feeling of a French home.
The seasonal Egg and Black Truffle Foam is a great dish to dip the warm, homemade French bread into.  Another great dish with a delectable sauce for dipping is the Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallops with chanterelles, sesame crispy shell and lobster bisque.  We especially loved the fresh Atlantic Blue Crab Cake with Mussels and chewy Chorizo.  For a heartwarming winter vegetarian dish, opt for the creamy and smooth Green Puy Lentils Soup with mild ginger cream.  This makes for an excellent pairing with an assortment of shared dishes, such as the goat cheese quiche.  Cheese lovers will enjoy the wide range of Assorted French Artisan Cheese, including the trappe d’echourgnac, a walnut liqueur washed cheese which is made by nuns at the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Bonne Esperance, definitely a rare find in Hong Kong!
