French Slimming Soup

This soup is chock-full of healthy vegetables, including vitamin A-rich carrots that are beneficial for the eyes, blood, and intestines; and cabbage rich in vitamin C and potassium, which helps prevent gastric ulcers. With only three easy steps, you’ll be able to make this delicious soup in no time!

French Slimming Soup
Vegan, Soup, Serves 4

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
½ beet
1 onion
1 red onion
½ cabbage
2 sticks celery
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 carrot
1 parsnip
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1tsp Herbes de Provence
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground pepper

Steps:
Cut all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces and place into a heat-resistant container.
Fill the container with enough boiling water to cover the ingredients and stir in the seasonings.
Cover and place in a steam oven at 100°C for 50-60 minutes until all ingredients become tender. Serve hot. If desired, serve with fresh cherry tomatoes.

Cooking Tips:
1. Adding a little oil into the soup can enhance its texture, making it taste smoother.
