Fishackathon was established to congregate brilliant minds for the purpose of developing usable technology solutions to address the problem of worldwide overfishing. Fishackathon 2016 is taking place on Earth Day Weekend (April 22-24) in over 40 cities around the world. Fishackathon will bring together computer programmers who will #codeforfish, find innovative ways to collect and analyze data, and find solutions to our world's fisheries and oceans issues. Be one of the first of 10 teams to sign up to participate in Hong Kong's First Ever Fishackathon! Teams may consist of 4 - 12 people and are suggested to include an optimal mix of coders, designers and testers. The winning Hong Kong team will be eligible for local prizes and will earn the opportunity to compete for a global prize of $10,000 USD. Don’t wait, Sign-up today! Registration will close after the first 10 teams are registered
