SATO Organic & Biodynamic Wine Dinner

On Tuesday, February 28th, RŌNIN will be hosting a dining event with Sato Wines. Starting at 9PM, this event will feature a special tasting menu from Chef Matt Abergel and a beverage flight curated by Elliot Faber and Yoshiaki Sato, the founder of Sato Wines.

All organic and biodynamic, Sato Wines are made by Yoshiaki and Kyoko Sato in Central Otago. From the vineyard to the cellar, they make every effort not to intervene in the natural evolution of the grapes into wine. They abstain from using additives or chemicals and work with like-minded farmers in the area to produce some of New Zealand's most precious natural wines.
