The grand finale of Hong Kong’s first-ever Zero Waste Week will be an interactive, entertaining and inspiring weekend family festival of all things zero waste – and YOU are invited! The event is free, open to all, and will be held in Cyberport’s sunlit circular atrium space from 10am-6pm on Saturday June 13, and Sunday June 14. This follows the anchor event of the week, the Global Zero Waste Summit which is the preceeding Thursday, June 11. Tickets for this are selling fast, so be sure to register asap.

The weekend festival, organised by Ecozine, will feature live art installations, interactive zero waste activities, inspiring talks and an eco marketplace with product stalls showcasing the very best from Hong Kong’s green-minded retailers, including LUSH, PureEarth, Bamboa, Phatrice, Homegrown Foods and more.

There are tonnes of imaginative activities for both young and old to enjoy, all intended to inspire participants to integrate zero waste principals into your daily routines and lifestyles. The pivotal event is an exclusive talk by Dr Paul Connett, global leading expert and author of The Zero Waste Solution, which will be held at 2-2.30pm on both days.
