Organic Comfort Food: Creamy & Cheesy Mash
So, it's official, the A/W months are in and summer is quickly becoming a distant memory.
But rather than feel blue, why not embrace the change and all the fun it brings. Instead of lazy days on the beach, now is the perfect time of year for long walks in the park which, by the way, are beautiful this time of year - the golden fallen leaves look like blankets on the trails.
A day at the poolside has shifted to a cozy day on the couch with a film and a big mug of something steaming hot.
The recent wind and rain inspired me to create a healthy upgrade of an old favourite; mash! Good old mash never fails to warm the soul and make me smile, especially on a cool day.

Creamy & “Cheesy” Mash
Literally, comfort in a bowl! Vegan and can be cooked or raw.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
• 1 head cauliflower (raw or lightly steamed)
• 2 tsp turmeric
• 1 TBS non GMO soy lecithin granules
• 1 TBS nutritional yeast
• Pinch Himalayan salt
• Cracked black pepper
• Pinch dried coriander
• 2 TBS olive oil or coconut oil
Method:
Simply pulse all ingredients in a food processor! Easy!
